1)Which is the first step so as to become part of the institute?
Without any need to ask them to do a formal written test, the first step implies determining the student´s level of English. Through an oral interview we evaluate the student’s knowledge of the language, his or her most suitable timetables, expectations and possibilities.
2) Who are courses at Britannia oriented to?
Trying to work with the language as a whole all skills are covered: vocabulary, writing, reading, listening, grammar and mainly oral work. A dynamic, complete and practical method is exactly what we have always tried to offer. 
3)How long do courses last?
Our courses start in March and finish in December. New students can join them as long as their knowledge of the language allows them to follow the existent rhythm of the group. Coaching is offered when necessary. 
4)How long will it take me to learn how to speak English?
As far as the learning of a language is concerned, we can state that there is a beginning but not an ending. Once we have acquired the language, we have to use it actively in order to keep it alive. Obviously, we understand students` anxiety and their immediate needs, and although we focus all our energy on obtaining remarkable results most of them depend on the students` dedication and enthusiasm. 
5)Can I obtain any certificate?
At the end of the school year our students sit for a written and an oral exam. Both are carefully designed and represent a challenging goal which all students try to reach. At Britannia we grant certificates to those accomplishing 65% of their specific objectives.
On the other hand, we also regularly train students willing to sit for one of the University of Cambridge Examinations. 
6)How can fees be paid?
Fees can be paid in cash, by personal cheque or bank deposit. If you make an annual payment of all fees you receive a discount equivalent to a monthly fee.
